GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has announced the retirement of Mr. Douglas Orane as Chairman of the Board of Directors of its subsidiary, First Global Bank Limited (FGB), effective September 19, 2017. GK further advised that effective immediately, Mr. Peter Moses has assumed the role of Chairman of the FGB Board.
