Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) has advised that following a breakdown in discussions at the Ministry of Labour and Social Security between the JPS and representatives of the Union of Clerical Administrative & Supervisory Employees, the Minister of Labour and Social Security referred the dispute to the Industrial Disputes Tribunal (IDT) on May 6, 2019 for resolution. Normalcy has been restored as the operations of the Company continue while the dispute is before the IDT.
