In the third quarter of 2019, the euro area’s real household income per capita rose by 0.4%, following an increase of 0.3% in the prior quarter. Whereas, household real consumption per capita rose by 0.4% in the third quarter, after a rise by 0.1% in the second quarter of 2019.
The EU28 experienced an uptick in household real income per capita by 0.7% in the third quarter of 2019, following a rise of 0.3% in the second quarter of 2019. Moreover, household real consumption per capita climbed by 1% in the third quarter of 2019, after an increase of 0.4% in the second quarter of 2019.
