GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised of the following management changes effective April 1, 2019:
Andrew Messado, current Group Comptroller, will be appointed Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Frank James, current Group CFO, will assume the role of CEO, Domestic Foods Division
- Ryan Mack will retire as CEO, Domestic Foods Division in March 2019
- Lee-Anne Bruce will be appointed Chief Compliance Officer of the Group
- Tamara Thompson will be appointed General Manager, Grace Foods & Services (GFS)
- Magion Stephenson will be appointed Deputy General Manager of GFS
- Renee Nathan will be appointed General Manager of World Brands
- Cathrine Kennedy will be appointed General Manager for the company’s chain of 13 supermarkets island-wide
- Lucky Lankage will retain his position as President, Grace Foods-Canada and will be appointed Chief Operation Officer (COO) for International Foods
- Grace Burnett, current CEO of GraceKennedy Financial Group (GKFG) will also assume the position of President and CEO of GraceKennedy Money Services (GKMS)
- Michelle Allen, the current GKMS Head, will retire at the end of March 2019
- Steven Whittingham will be appointed COO of GKFG and will also retain responsibility for GK Capital Management
- Andrew Leo-Rhynie, current General Manager of GK General Insurance (GKI), will be appointed Managing Director for GK Capital Management
- Chaluk Richards will assume the role of GM at GKI
- Tammara Glaves-Hucey, whilst retaining her current role at GKI, will also assume the role of GM of GKI Eastern Caribbean
