The JMMB Group Ltd (JMMBGL) has advised on the details on the undermentioned securities basis of allotment as follows:

• Cumulative Redeemable 7.25% Variable Rate JMD Preference Shares
• Cumulative Redeemable 7.00% Variable Rate JMD Preference Shares
• Cumulative Redeemable 5.75% Fixed Rate USD Preference Shares
• Cumulative Redeemable 5.00% Fixed Rate USD Preference Shares

The Offer for the Cumulative Redeemable 7.25% Variable Rate JMD Preference Shares, and for the Cumulative Redeemable 5.75% Fixed Rate USD Preference Shares were oversubscribed.

The initial number of Cumulative Redeemable 7.25% Variable Rate JMD Preference Shares offered was 950,000.00.  The total applied for was 1,848,937,000 Shares.

The initial number of Cumulative Redeemable 5.75% Fixed Rate USD Preference Shares offered was 4,500,000.  The total applied for was 21,265,000 Shares.

The initial number of Cumulative Redeemable 7.00% Variable Rate JMD Preference Shares offered was 50,000,00.00.  The total applied for was 32,177,000 Shares.

The initial number of Cumulative Redeemable 5.750% Fixed Rate USD Preference Shares offered was 500,000.  The total applied for was 155,000 Shares.

The oversubscription of the Offer is as follows:

Cumulative Redeemable 7.25% Variable Rate JMD Preference Shares – 898,937,000 Shares

Cumulative Redeemable 5.75% Fixed Rate USD Preference Shares – 16,765,000 Shares

All Shares applied for will be allocated to applicants out of Preference Shares currently held by JMMB Group Limited.
