June 22, 2018 Jamaican Teas Limited (JAMT) has advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at 2 Bell Road, Kingston 11 on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving the following resolution as an ordinary resolution: “Whereas Jamaican Teas Limited (“the Company”) may from time to time enter into discussions to acquire interests in businesses and other assets of significant value and the Company wishes to be able to act expeditiously to finance such assets. The Company has entered into preliminary discussions to acquire an
