June 14, 2018 Jamaican Teas Limited (JAMT) has advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at 2 Bell Road, Kingston 11 on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 3pm for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving the following resolution as an ordinary resolution: “Whereas Jamaican Teas Limited (“the Company”) has entered into discussions to acquire a significant interest in a target company. Be it resolved that in consideration of the Company acquiring shares in the aforementioned target company the Directors be empowered to determine and issue shares up to three hundred million (300,000,000)
