Key Insurance Company Limited (KEY) GraceKennedy Financial Group Limited (the “Offeror”) has advised that the closing date of the cash offer for 313,191,734 ordinary stock units in Key Insurance Company Limited (being all the issued ordinary stock units not already held by the Offeror) as set out in Offer Circular dated January 20, 2020 has been extended from 4:30 p.m. on February 17, 2020 to 4:30 p.m. on March 2, 2020.
