Special Advisory: National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ)

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) The Proposed Scheme of Arrangement among NCBJ, NCB Financial Group Limited and their respective shareholders (“the Scheme”) was sanctioned by Order of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica on February 28, 2017. However, the Scheme will only become effective on the filing of the Court Order with the Registrar of Companies. Trading in NCBJ’s shares will be suspended, at a date shortly to be announced in order to facilitate implementation of the Scheme.
