Special Advisory: SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (SSLVC)

SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (SSLVC) has advised that its portfolio company, Muse 360 Integrated Limited (“Muse”), signed a memorandum of understanding with Trend Media Limited (a subsidiary of Digicel Jamaica Limited) on January 14, 2019. The MOU outlines the transaction to sell 10% of Muse’s subsidiary, which is a content creation, aggregation and distribution company, to Trend Media Limited.
